Sara joined the Fast Track team in June 2016. She obtained both her Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sport Science as well as her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville. Sara is trained in:

- Vertigo and Balance
- Dry Needling Certified
- Advanced Training in Many Manual Therapy Techniques
- Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation Certified
Here at Fast Track, Sara works with patients of all ages and orthopedic diagnoses. Sara has special interest in balance dysfunction and geriatric patients. She has presented research regarding balance dysfunction in the geriatric population at the American Physical Therapy Association’s national conference. Sara also specializes in treating patients with neck and back pain. When she is not in the clinic, Sara enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. Sara is at our Avon location.
