Fast Track Physical Therapy is a private practice locally owned and operated by Brian Horner, PT, CODN. We are conveniently located in Avon, Danville, Mooresville, and Indianapolis.
We provide hands on physical therapy, as well as sports medicine services. Our team of therapists provide treatment for all orthopedic conditions including: back pain, neck pain, migraines, TMJ, shoulder pain, sciatica, scoliosis, vertigo, carpal tunnel, and more. Brian and our other therapists have broad experience in diagnosing and treating multiple orthopedic and neurological conditions. Our therapists have a strong manual therapy background. Our physical therapists are certified in Dry Needling, McKenzie Spine Method, Muscle Energy Techniques and many other manual therapy techniques. In addition, our therapists are Graston, ASTYM and SASTM trained.
