Lesley PT, DPT

Lesley Woodruff has been a PT since 2007. She has experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, vestibular and balance.

Lauren PT, DPT

Lauren is originally from Michigan and received her BS degree from the University of Michigan. She then went on to the University of Indianapolis for her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and graduated in 2019. She is certified in Dry Needling Level 1 and 2 as well as SFMA and is pursuing her certification in the McKenzie method. She has also taken continuing education on the TMJ and EDS (Ehlers-Danlos syndrome). She is most passionate about treating orthopedics, pediatrics and chronic pain.

Grace PT, DPT

Grace graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington in 2014 with a BS in Kinesiology. She worked as a personal trainer for several years before getting her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Indiana State University in May of 2022.

Kaity PT, DPT

Kaity graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Mount Union. She has a passion for orthopedics and plans to pursue further education in MDT, SFMA, and dry needling. Kaity is originally from northwest Indiana and loves the Indiana Hoosiers and Chicago sports.

Speedway

Stephen PT, DPT

Stephen joined us as a DPT after doing in orthopedic clinicals with us. He graduated with his DPT from South Collage in 2021. He is certified in Dry Needling level 1 and 2.

Jacob PT, DPT

Jacob graduated from the University of Evansville in 2020 with his bachelor's degree in exercise science. Jacob continued his education at the University of Evansville and earned his DPT in 2023. While at Evansville Jacob volunteered with several pro bono clinics where gained experience working with patients in the orthopedic, neurologic, and pediatric populations. Jacob has completed his Level 1 dry needling course and is planning on completing his Level 2 certification. In his free time Jacob enjoys hanging out with friends, hiking, and traveling.

Mooresville

Bridgette PT, DPT, Cert. MDT, OCS, CODN, CCTT

Dr. Bridgette Love graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2004 with a BS in Human Biology and Human Anthropology. She then went on to graduate from University of Indianapolis Krannert School of Physical Therapy with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Blayne, PTA

Blayne was born and raised in Indiana and is married with two children. He graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science . A few years later, he attended the University of Indianapolis where he received an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant. Blayne enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and doing woodworking on the side.

Danville

Emily PTA

Emily received her Associate in Science Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant in 2005 at University of Indianapolis.

Savanah PTA

Savanna graduated with her Associate in Science Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Illinois Central College in 2022. Before moving to Indy, she floated as a PTA between a variety of outpatient clinics in the East Tennessee region. She is passionate about the Lord and fitness and enjoys praising God, hiking, camping, playing soccer, and spending time with her church family.

Brian PT, CODN - Owner

Brian is a 1994 graduate of Indiana University's Physical Therapy program. He has worked as a staff Physical Therapist with Indianapolis Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, Therapy.
