Bridgette received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology in 2004 from the University of Indianapolis. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Indianapolis Krannert School of Physical Therapy in 2007. After graduating, she spent the next 8 years receiving advanced training in the assessment and treatment of the spine and general orthopedics. She obtained her McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy Certification in 2012 and in 2014 became Board Certified in Orthopedics by the American Physical Therapy Association’s Board of Physical Therapy Specialities. She is also certified in Dry Needling and SASTM. She currently resides in Plainfield, Indiana with her husband, Evan, and their two children, Lucy and Henry.
